How to use the Police Report

Is used for extracting guest information that is required by authorities in some countries on a daily basis.

Filters available: From Date, To Date, Format (Default/ Stays)

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Arrival Date, Departure Date, Room ID, Number of Guests, NIF Number, NIF Type, Date Issued, Guest Name, Gender, Birthday Country Born, Current Date

Can be compared with:

Guest List (Residents) - When selecting ‘Actual’ & ‘Report By Occupants’. The Police Report will only show guests names whose profiles are linked

Cannot be compared with:

House Status - Police Report shows each person per room, whereas the House Status only shows one line per room

Actual/Forecast: Actual Only

Tax Calculation: N/A

Export Options: Can only export to CSV
