How to use the Daily Rate Analysis Report

To view which rate plans & prices are in use by which reservations or rooms each night. Can be used as a rate check report.

Filters available: Start Date, End Date, Booking Ref, Display By (Booking/ Room/ Rate Plan), Less Commission

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Booking Ref, Date, Rate Plan, Price, Total Bookings, Average Rates, Room ID

Can be compared with:

Rate Analysis on a reservation

Actual & Forecast – APR will be the same value as Average Rates when Display By ‘Booking’ & ‘Rate Plan’

Cannot be compared with:

Actual/Forecast: Current & Forecast Only

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
