How to use the Sales Day Books Report

Go to .... Rezlynx > Accounting > Reporting > Sales Day Books

To view all checked out sales. Provides a detailed breakdown of items ‘receipted’ from the system that have tax elements included in them.

Filters available: For Period & Period ID, Start Date & Time, End Date & Time

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: Yes

Date, Time, Document ID, Guest Name, Booking Reference, Room ID, Company Reference, Amount (Nett, Tax & Gross)

Can be compared with:

Cannot be compared with:

Actual/Forecast: Actual Only

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
