How to use the Cancelled Bookings Report

Viewing cancelled & lost Events, to report on the reasons why they are cancelling & the revenue lost.

Filters available: Start Date, End Date, Arrival or Cancel Date, Sort By (Cancellation Reason/ Lost To Reason/ No Reason), Cancellation Reason

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Date Range, Cancellation Reason, Cancellation Date, Arrival Date, Event Name, Client Name, Coordinator, Revenue

Can be compared with:

Cancellation (PMS) - when filtered by Booking Type – ‘Function’ & values added together

Cannot be compared with:

Cancellations (PMS) - The Cancelled Bookings with show the total revenue for Adv C & B Events Cancelled, however cancellations (when filtered by function) will show the revenue per function. The total value will be the same when added together.

Actual/Forecast: Actual Only

Tax Calculation: Gross
