How to use the Kitchen Report

Viewing food & beverage menus & items within a date range. This can be filtered by department or food & beverage, so that a report can be provided to the kitchen & bar team separately, without them having to have a full Event Sheet. Staff can use this report to plan what food & beverage needs ordering & staffing levels required. The function status’ of ‘enquiry, checked out, cancelled & lost will need to be deselected if they are not required

Filters available: From Date, To Date, Food & Beverage, Department, Function Status, Show Rates

Function Date, Event Name, Serve Time, Menu Name, Menu Price (Dependent on filters), Delegate Numbers, Quantity, Guaranteed Numbers, Function Room, Layout, Function Name, Menu Items, Menu Item Numbers, Menu Notes

Can be compared with:

Functions Detailed - both will have menu details

Cannot be compared with:

Delegate Menus - The delegate menus will only show delegate bookings, broken down by delegate, whereas the kitchen will show for all events
