How to use the Revenue By Event Type Report

Viewing how many event bookings there are & what revenue there is each day, broken down by Event Type & Event Status

Filters available: Arrival Start Date, Arrival End Date, Event Status (one minimum, six maximum), Event Type, Function Status

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Arrival Date, Event Type, Number of Bookings per Event Status selected, Amount of Revenue per Event Status selected

Can be compared with:

Revenue By Room – Checked Out Revenue Total

Conference Revenue – Filter By ‘Resident’ & ‘Checked Out’ Status

Events – ‘Booked to Date’ & Totals will match

Cannot be compared with:

Revenue Forecast – Actual Figures on Revenue Forecast do not show new charges on the event on the day

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
