How to use the Functions Report

Viewing the basic details of the functions happening each day, where and when they are. This does not show the Event name or notes, but does show the function notes

Filters available: Start Date, End Date, Creation Date, Coordinator, Status, Function Room, Order by (Start Date End Date/ Function Name/ Delegates/ Function Room/ Layout/ Status Code/ Client/ Coordinator/ Rate)

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Function Date, Function Start & End Time, Function Name, Layout, Function Status, Contact Name (client), Coordinator, Rate

Can be compared with:

Overview - however, overview does not include function notes

Cannot be compared with:

Events - The Functions Report does not show event name & Events Report does not show function names
