How to use the Room Production Report

Viewing the number of functions sold in a room per day, or the occupancy percentage. Please note that If you have selected Occupancy (%) as a filter by option that this is based on the length of time the room is in use for & sellable hours for a room. E.g. If you have stated in the Function Room set up that the sellable hours for a room is 12 and you sell it for 6hrs then the occupancy will be 50% even if you are maximising the occupancy of the room. As this report pulls a lot of data, six months can be generated at a time as a maximum

Revenue By Room - this shows number of functions/ occupancy percentage, and Revenue By Room shows Revenue only

Events (C&B) - Total number on Room Production is number of functions & not events
