How to use the Closed Function Spaces Report

Viewing which Function Rooms are closed off, when and why. This could be due to maintenance, refurbishment or a show around, for example

Filters available: Sort By (Date Order/Function Room), Function Room, Start Date, End Date

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Function Room & ID, Closed From Date & Time, Closed To Date & Time, Reason

Can be compared with:

Diary - Blocked out space will show as a grey block

Cannot be compared with:

Room Maintenance – In Advanced C & B Closed Function Spaces do not show in Room Maintenance at PMS

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast
