Denials is functionality within Rezlynx that can be enabled in order to track why bookings are not being completed or customers walking away from making a booking.
How to enable Denials within Rezlynx
Denials can be enabled in Rezlynx by accessing the Reservations section on the Ini Settings, where you will find a tick box for denials under the Rate Plan Search Section

How do Denials work in the Rate Plan Search
If a User closes down the Rate Plan Search screen without making a reservations, then the denial screen below will populate. Users will be required to select a Denials Code and are able to enter notes, estimated lost revenue, attach a profile and record the stay information etc...
Denials Reporting
This report enables you to view all denials that have been actioned in the system, by either denial date or arrival date
Filters available: From Date, To Date, Denial Code, Operator, Order By (Denial Date/ Arrival Date)
Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No
Information
Operator, Denial Code, No of Denials, No of nights, Adults, Children, Infants, Average Available Rooms, Estimated Average Lost Revenue.
This will be displayed as a summary by Operator and by Denial Code

Actual/Forecast: Estimated Revenue Only
Tax Calculation: N/A - The revenue amount is based on any figures manually typed in by Users
