How to Reset another Users SSO Password

To go directly to the SSO Home page use the link below:

https://home.eu.guestline.app

If you are already logged into Rezlynx, click on your initials at the top right hand corner and select My Guestline account.

• Click Users on the Left Hand Side (if you do not have this option, you do not have the correct permissions to reset passwords).
• Search for the User.
• Select the Pencil Icon on the right for the user you wish to edit.

Scroll down to the Password Reset section.

Use a generic password for example, Welcome1234, as the user will be asked to change when logging in.

When viewing users in Rezlynx within the User Setup section, if the user has been set up as a SSO user they will have a short cut to their SSO profile to allow any edits to that user.

If the user is not found in SSO please check in the User Setup section in Rezlynx under the Cogs Icon > System, as the password will need to be reset in Rezlynx.
