Omnipay is a banking platform used in conjunction with the Guestpay Payment Gateway. It allows users to see and reconcile payments coming into your bank, as well as view any commissions/fees which would not be visible within MyST.
The people within your organisation who will have access to Omnipay are nominated during the Guestpay go-live process.

After entering your Username and Password a one time PIN code will be sent to your email.
New users can be requested by contacting Guestline Support with the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address
The email should come from a verified hotel email. The Support Team may ask for further identification to confirm your eligibility.
Furthermore, we do strongly discourage shared users and recommend every user has their own personal log in where possible.
