To enable our web-based products to operate without error, there may be occasions when specific URLs/Hosts need to be added to your firewall's whitelist / allowed URLs, generally, we recommend you do this by DNS/Domain Name - NOT by IP address, our IP address lists are prone to change over time and we cannot always communicate this information to you in a timely manner.
It may not be necessary to add all of the below, if you are having issues, we suggest you add the minimum to overcome any problems you are having. If you are unsure which of the below will fix your issue, add them all and then remove one at a time until the issue reoccurs, this will indicate the URL(s) that needs to remain in your firewall's whitelist.

Guestline EPoS - Additional Requirements
For customers using Guestline EPoS you will also need to include the following:
guestline.octopus.app (ports 10943 and 10933. CIDR range 18.104.22.168/28)
We constantly improve and keep the software up to date with the latest patches and features. To do this we remotely deploy the latest versions to your systems using Octopus deploy.
The processes involved can, in rare cases, be blocked by Third Party Anti-Virus applications. Please ensure that the following exceptions have been added to allow applications to run in these directories:
- C:\Program Files\Octopus Deploy\*
- C:\Program Files\Guestline Ltd\* (32-bit)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Guestline Ltd\* (64-bit)
