Worldpay are retiring their Worldpay Online (WPOP) platform as it is not PSD2 compliant and have advised that merchants should seek an alternative Payment Gateway. There is currently no Worldpay integrated gateway available for Guestline products.
Please immediately contact paymentservices@guestline.com for alternative options.
As of the 14th October 2022 the existing Worldpay Gateway will no longer be accessible. Note, this means you will no longer be able to interact with existing tokens. You will no longer be able to take Online Payments. This will impact all Guestline Products including Rezlynx, DBM (customers will not be able to make reservations via your DBM), Roomlynx and any 3rd parties who may have also integrated with the Worldpay Online Platform.
