How to set up and map a product as an upsell for Avvio.

Step 1
Navigate to Rezlynx > System > Rates > Products
Select New Product or select existing Product to edit
Further details for creating a Product can be found here However there are two key areas to note when configuring a Product to be used as an Upsell for Avvio:
- Charge Mode
- Posting Mode
These need to match what is set at Avvio, the below table will advise how to configure the Charge Modes set at Avvio to Guestline:

Step 2
Navigate to Distribution Hub > Channels > Mapping
Select the Property and Channel - Avvio
Navigate to the Extra Tab, select Add Row
Under PMS Value add the Product Code as created in Step 1. Under Channel Value, add the code as provided by Avvio for the upsell.
Save
Repeat as required
Ensure a Default PMS Value has been entered. This is a Product Code from Rezlynx that will be used in the absence of an upsell being sent without mapping.
