RoomlynxWS Room Mapping

Follow either of the following options to map or unmap rooms for the RoomlynxWS:

Option 1 - Manage Rooms

Option 2 - Mapping

Option 1 - Manage Room

Distribution Hub > Configuration > Rooms >  Manage Rooms

1. Click Edit on the Room Type you wish to map or unmap
2. Scroll down to Quick Conversions
3. Tick (to map) or untick (to unmap) RoomlynxWS 
4. Click Save

The Room Type will be available via the RoomlynxWS immediately.

Option 2 - Mapping

Distribution Hub > Channels > Channel Settings >  Mapping

1. Select RoomlynxWS from the Channel drop-down 
2. Select Room Type from the Conversion Type drop-down 
3. Select Add
4. Select the Room Type from the PMS Value drop-down
5. Enter the code exactly as the PMS Value in Channel Value
6. Click Save
   
   The Room Type will be available via the RoomlynxWS immediately.
   
   
   
   To remove the mapping, select Delete against the Room Type 
   
   
   
   Note - Always ensure a Default is ticked.
