RoomlynxWS Rate Plan Mapping

Follow either of the following options to map or unmap rates for the RoomlynxWS:

Option 1 - Manage Rates

Option 2 - Conversions

Option 1 - Manage Rates 

Guestline Distribution > Configuration > Rates >  Manage Rates

1. Click Edit on the Rate Plan you wish to map or unmap
2. Scroll down to Quick Conversions
3. Tick (to map) or untick (to unmap) RoomlynxWS 
4. Click Save

The Rate Plan will be available via the RoomlynxWS immediately.

Option 2 - Conversions

Guestline Distribution > Channels > Channel Settings >  Conversions

1. Select RoomlynxWS from the Channel drop-down 
2. Select Rate Plan from the Conversion Type drop-down 
3. Select Add
4. Select the Rate Plan from the PMS Value drop-down
5. Enter the code exactly as the PMS Value in Channel Value
6. Click Save
   
   The Rate Plan will be available via the RoomlynxWS immediately.
   
   
   
   To remove the mapping, select Delete against the Rate Plan
   
   
   
   Note - Always ensure a Default is ticked.
