1. How to change a Rate Plan name

Rezlynx > System > Rates > Rate Plans

1. Select the Rate Plan you wish to modify
2. Change the text within the box Description
3. Click Save

To then ensure the name goes to Roomlynx:

1. Untick Active
2. Click Save
3. Tick Active
4. Click Save

2. How to change a Rate Plan description 

Guestline Distribution > Rates > Manage Rates

1. Click Edit on the rate plan you wish to modify
2. Change the text within the box Detailed Description
3. Click Save
   

3. How to add and remove Rate Plan Images

Before you start this process you will need to ensure that the images are uploaded into Roomlynx -Click Here to find out how to do this.

Guestline Distribution > Rates > Manage Rates 

1. Click Edit on the Rate Plan
2. In the Image URL select from the drop-down the Rate Plan image
3. Click Save
   
   

4. How to create a Promotional Code/Rate Access Code

A Roomlynx Rate Access Code will hide a Rate Plan from search results, unless the created code is supplied. 

Guestline Distribution > Configuration > Rates > Rate Access Codes

1. Click Add
2. Select the correct Property in the Property drop-down menu
3. Tick the Active tick box
4. Enter the offer/promo Code required - this will be used to identify the hidden rate
5. Add a Description – this is for internal use only for easy reference
6. Enter Booking Dates (from & to) – these are the dates when the Rate Plan can be booked
7. Select the Rate Plan and move from the left to the right into the 'Selected' box using the arrows
8. Add the Number of Nights if Rate Access Code is to have a set length of stay different to the Rezlynx Rate Plan
9. Enter the dates when the Rate Plan is available for guest to stay in Reservation Interval (from & to)
10. Untick any Days of the Week that the offer/promo code is not available on
11. Click Add Interval button
12. Click Save
