A FUNCTION group should already exist in the system, if not:
- Click New Group
- Room Type Group Code = FUNCTION
- Description = Function Rooms
- SAVE
- Click New Room Type

The Room Type is the Code that will appear to the right of the room number. This will allow you to visually see what space you will be booking. |

Room Type Code - can only be 12 characters Short Room Type Code - auto-fills Description - Full name of the room Pax - Max numbers that you sell the space for Group Code - Function Room Type Class - Function

- Click Save
A Main and Sub Group should already exist in the system, if not:

Click New Main Group - Both Code and Description can be FUNCTION Click SAVE Click New Sub Group - Both Code and Description can be FUNCTION. Remember to change the Main Group Code to FUNCTION Click SAVE |
- Click New Function Room
Areas required to be filled in are as follows:
- Room ID - Needs to be a number and start higher than your bedrooms, i.e. 800, 900
- Description - Full name of the room - this will appear on confirmations/function sheets
- Sub Group Code - Function or if you built different subgroups, select the correct one
- Room Type Code - The name of the space you are building
- Pax - Maximum numbers the space can be sold for
- Click Save
