Newbridge EPOS have the following Customers & Loyalty Reports, and the information below states why and when each report should be used.
Customers Report
- Lists each customer, their name, their ID, available points balance and email address.
Customer Transactions Report
- Ordered by customers, shows every loyalty transaction they have made and the total of the bill, as well as any discounts they received through the loyalty scheme. Has a link that goes straight to the transaction for more data.
Gift card Report
- Lists every gift card on your system, the date it was registered and the current balance.
Customer Email Export Report
- Choose which loyalty group to export and then run the report. It will produce a huge list of all customers and their associated email addresses.
Linked Customers Report
- Displays all current customers that are linked to another customer. Such as parents and children.
Gift Card Liability Report
- Lists all gift cards and their balance, as well as the total amount for all gift cards.
Gift Card Expiry Report
- Lists all gift cards that have expired, the balance they had on them and their expiry date.
- Also contains a summary that calculates the total expired value.
Customer Points Audit Report
- Lists every time a customer spent points or received points in chronological order for the selected time as well as the clerk that took the payment.
Customer Points Statement Report
- Pick a date range and view the opening and closing balance for each customer on the system, as well as any transaction they made with their points between the dates.
Loyalty Points Liability Report
- Lists every customer, their unique ID and the balance of their points on the chosen date.
