Introduction

If you have the Premier Spa Core interface enabled within Rezlynx you are able to select a Spa Package, per person, on a booking. That selection is picked up by Premier Spa Core and added to their system so that it can be allocated in their planner.

We have made some improvements to the process where you can now add a default Spa Package choice depending on the Rate Plan that is being booked.

Please note:

• That is only one Spa Package per rate plan.
• It is only a default selection; you are able to change it in the booking manually if you wish.
• If you do not wish for a default Spa Package to be assigned to a rate plan, then you can simply not apply a mapping to it.

Configuration

Step 1

Navigate to the Interface section of the Ini Settings.

Click the cog icons and choose Ini Settings then on the new page the Interface link is in the long list on the left of the screen.

Step 2

In the Enabled Interfaces section, scroll down until you see Spa. In there you will see two buttons; one called Edit Packages and the other Rate Plan Package Mapping.

Step 3

Edit Packages

Click the Edit Packages button and you will be able to add the Spa Package code and the friendly name for them that will appear on the Reservations screen.

If you need to add new rows, click the plus icon in the top right corner.

Step 4 - NEW FEATURE

Rate Plan Package Mapping

To choose a default Spa Package to apply based on the rate plan a booking is made for; click the Rate Plan Package Mapping button.

In the window that opens click the plus icon and then use the drop-downs to choose the Rezlynx rate plan and then the other drop-down to choose the Spa Package. Click on the Tick to save your changes.

Congratulations

You now linked the Spa Package and Rezlynx rate plan. Don't forget that you can change it to whatever you want in the Reservation Screen.
