How to change the number of people on a booking after check in

Within the Main Tab on the booking, navigate to the Room & Rate section.

Follow the Booking Line along to the right-hand side, you will see an Options Button.

Please take note of the existing price as this could change depending on how your rates are set up.

• Options > Change
• Change the number of adults, children, and infants where applicable
• Click Find Rates
• Click on the Rate shown
• Should you need to override the rate use Options > Override
• Save the booking

If no rates return it could be due to the occupancy exceeding the occupancy set on the room selected.

If you need to override as an extra person (s) can be accommodated in that room then,

• Tick/Untick > Hide When Restricted By
• Click Find Rates
• Click on the Rate shown
• The override availability box will appear - Enter a comment
• Click Override
• Save the booking

If you need to change the room type you can click and drag on the planner if that room type is selected on the rate plan, then complete the first steps above.
