Fastbooking จะมีรายการ errors ที่มีในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งจะส่งมาเป็น XML OTA API และ API ที่ใช้กับ Guestline นี้จะเป็นแบบที่ปรับตามความเหมาะสมแล้ว แต่เราอาจจะได้รับ error คล้าย ๆ กับที่มีทั่วไป สามารถดูได้จากข้อมูลด้านล่าง:

  • The connection with the hotel has been disabled. การเชื่อมต่อกับโรงแรมถูกปิด สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้จากการที่โรงแรมไม่ใช้ Fastbooking อีกต่อไป ดังนั้นเราควรจะต้องมีการ deactivate การเชื่อมต่อ

  • "property ALLOT is readonly" means that in the Fastbooking back-office ส่วนนี้หมายถึง back-office ของ Fastbooking, เรทนี้จะใช้ availability ร่วมกับเรทอื่น ๆ ดังนั้นจึงกลายเป็น read-only และไม่สามารถอัปเดตได้ วิธีการแก้ไขคือปิดการส่ง allotment สำหรับเรทนั้น ๆ หรือติดต่อโรงแรมให้ปิด "shared" บน back-office

  • "A1" means Adult1. We send this message because the rate NON-REF-with-HB has its prices indexed to another rate in the Fastbooking back-office. A1 หมายถึง Adult1 เรามีการส่งข้อความนี้เพราะเรท NON-REF-with-HB มีรายละเอียดราคาเชื่อมกับเรทอื่นอยู่บน Fastbooking back-office ดังนั้นจึงกลายเป็น read-only และไม่สามารถอัปเดตได้ วิธีการแก้ไขคือปิดการส่งข้อมูลราคาไปที่ rate/room นี้ หรือติดต่อโรงแรมให้ลบ parameter ที่เชื่อมราคาออกไปบน back-office
